On 14^th February, 2024, the eighth day of the JGIS LIT FEST, the students of Class-VIII presented a stupendous performance of two plays based on their novels ‘Ahimsa’ by Supriya Kelkar and ‘The Hobbit’ by J.R.R. Tolkien. The play portrayed the elements of patriotism, equality, untouchability and unity. The efforts of a small girl and the determination that came out of her innocent mind became a reason for equal education opportunities for the marginalized section of the society. The students were able to invoke these emotions in the audience through their expressions and actions.

In the other play the performers exhibited the story that portrayed that moving out of one’s comfort zone is the only way to realize one’s true worth and build self-confidence. The performers were able to hook the audience with their performance and were appreciated by all.

The guest for the day was Mr. Chirag Trivedi, a faculty with Ahmedanad University and a passionate volunteer with Samvedna Foundation.
