The JG International School’s auditorium came alive with creativity, as our young orators from Classes I to V took the stage for the Inter-House Hindi Recitation Competition on 12th September, 2025.
The event was conducted in two categories: Group I (Classes I–II) and Group II (Classes III–V), with the aim of fostering a love for the Hindi language and encouraging students to express their thoughts and emotions through poetry.
The Inter-House Tech Wiz Competition was held on 29th August, 2025 with the objective of inspiring the technological talents and creativity within the school community. The competition was divided into two categories, Junior (classes VI to VIII) Script to Screen and Senior (classes IX to XII) Code Warriors.
In a remarkable fusion of education and theatre, the talented students of JGIS from classes IX to XII transformed the JG Auditorium into a world of ambition, prophecy and moral turmoil on 23rd August, 2025, with their gripping one-act adaptation of William Shakespeare’s classic tragedy “Macbeth.”
The auditorium of JG International School came alive with rhythm, rhyme and youthful energy on 8th August, 2025, as the Inter-House English Poem Recitation Competition unfolded, showcasing the bright and enthusiastic voices of Classes I and II.
“A Showcase of Oratory Brilliance”
The Inter-House English Declamation Competition for Classes VI to VIII was held on Friday, 1st August 2025. The event was a vibrant celebration of oratory talent and literary appreciation, offering students a platform to demonstrate their eloquence, interpretation and expressive skills.
The online Inter-house Just a minute Competition from classes V-XII was held on 9th October, 2020. The esteemed judges for the event were Ms. Gauri Wagenaar, Ms. Nimisha Kane and Ms. Bindu Pillay.
Ms. Gauri Wagenaar has more than 30 years of experience in creative thinking in the Netherlands and India. She has lived in two cultures and speaks six languages. She has combined academic teaching with nuts-and-bolts advocacy to bridge the differences between corporate cultures.
