As a part of Literature Fest week at JG International School, students of class 1 presented their novel “The Great Story Teller” by Ken Spillman in the form of dance and drama on 3^rd February, 2020. The chief guest for the day was Ms. Darsha Kikani, member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

The Great Storyteller is a tale about different stories, loss and new beginnings. Incredibly the sensitive concept of death is introduced to little children. Students displayed their various skills through dance, drama, singing and anchoring. The magnificent story was beautifully performed by little kids and appreciated by the parents, students and the chief guest.

The performance was truly a treat for the child’s imagination with the assurance that she/ he will learn some basic principles of life, which is needed to become a fully accomplished individual. 

The show ended with a beautiful message by Ms. Darsha Kikani, “Never let the child within all of us die and give it wings to fly high”.
