JGIS conducted a fire mock drill on 18^th July, 2024 with an objective to educate students and staff about emergency evacuation procedures.

The drill commenced with the fire alarm sound and keeping in view all the safety measures, the students and staff were successfully evacuated to the designated area on the school grounds.

In adherence to safety protocols, the evacuation was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Our trained staff demonstrated the functioning of fire safety equipment and essential precautions to be taken at the time of emergency. Additionally, senior students from grades XI and XII had the opportunity to operate the fire extinguisher independently, gaining valuable hands-on experience in fire-fighting techniques.

This session proved to be a highly informative and vital lesson on life-saving skills.
