Annual Day Celebration - 2024
JG International School celebrated its 21st Annual Day Program on 23rd December 2024, marking a significant milestone in the school’s journey. The event kicked off with a soulful invocation, setting a harmonious tone for the evening as students, parents and faculty gathered to celebrate the achievements and progress of the school.
The occasion was graced by Ms. Priti Zala, a respected parent, who attended as the Chief Guest. The ceremony also saw the presence of the Chairman of JG International School, Dr. M.P. Chandran, along with other esteemed members of the Asia Charitable Trust (ACT).
The evening was dedicated to honoring the students who had excelled in academics, sports and extracurricular activities. In addition to the students, the teachers and support staff who completed ten years of dedicated service to the school were also dignified, reflecting the institution's appreciation for their unwavering commitment. Ms. Smita Singh was presented with the prestigious Chairman’s Award for her exceptional contribution as a teacher.
Param Jitendra Chottai, a student of Class IBDP-II Claritas, was recognized as the Best Student of the Year. His outstanding academic achievements, coupled with his excellence in extracurricular activities, set a high benchmark for his peers and made him a true embodiment of the school’s values.
The central theme of the evening, "From Being to Becoming – The Path to Wholeness," resonated deeply throughout the event, encouraging both introspection and personal growth. The students brought this theme to life through captivating performances that explored the hierarchy of human needs, emotions and perceptions, adding a layer of meaning to the celebration.
The programme concluded on a high note with a spectacular fashion show by Grade XII students, showcasing their creativity and flair.
The 21st Annual Day Programme at JG International School was more than just a celebration; it was a platform for inspiration, motivation and the reaffirmation of the school’s commitment to holistic education.
