As a part of the Safety and First-Aid Unit, our school conducted a powerful session on “Fire Safety and Disaster Management” on 23^rd and 24^th April, 2025 with an objective to provide students with hands-on experience and to enhance their preparedness in emergency situations.

In adherence to all safety protocols, students were safely evacuated to the designated area on the school ground. The drill included a live demonstration by the experts from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, showcasing fire-fighting techniques and a ladder used for rescuing individuals from rooftops and high-rise buildings.

Students and staff were given the opportunity to operate fire extinguisher themselves, gaining practical knowledge in using fire extinguishers.

The session ended with an insightful discussion on the importance of being prepared and staying calm during emergency situations.
