The online Inter-house English Recitation Competition for classes III to VIII was held on 10​^th​ July,2020. The event was live streamed and presided over by the Principal, Dr. Kavita Sharma. The judges for the event were Ms. Shilpa Thakkar, a dedicated educator, Ms. Uma Oza, an educationist deeply committed in helping schools build communities ​and Ms. Anar Shukla, an education researcher.​

The event comprised three categories: Sub-Junior from classes III and IV, Junior from classes V and VI and Senior from classes VII and VIII. A variety of poems were recited and the participants expressed themselves confidently and zestfully. The students were judged on the basis of memorization, confidence, expression, voice modulation and the selection of poem.

In the Sub-Junior category the first position was won by Zainab Nagamia Rabindranath Tagore house), the second position went to Navisha Mehta (Amartya Sen house) and the winner of third position was Anushka Apte (Jagdishchandra Bose house). 

In the Junior category the first position was won by Krish Patel (Chandrashekhar house). There was a tie for the second position between Drishya Vaidya  (Chandrashekhar house) and Nitya Bhatt (Amartya Sen house) and the third position was bagged by Manav Jethani (Amartya Sen house).

In the Senior category the first position was won by Rudraksh Paitandi (Rabindranath Tagore house), the second position was bagged by Srikrithi Kancherla (Rabindranath Tagore house) and the winner of third position was Selvi Patel (Chandrashekhar house). 

The event was a success and appreciated by one and all.
