The Fete Fiesta organized on our school ground on 20th and 21st January, 2023, was a grand success. It was a part of the students’ extracurricular activities. Students with the guidance and assistance from their teachers set up multiple stalls of some interesting fun games like Lucky Seven, Flip O’ Fun, Smash the Spire, Score a Goal etc. There were also stalls that attracted enthusiastic crowds for temporary tattoos, photo booth based on the themes of Japan and Maleficent-the fairy, with their respective backdrops, costumes and props, 18.7 FM radio that facilitated ‘Dedicate a song to your loved ones’, My Wellness: a stall that checked BMI, Sugar Level and Blood Pressure, Housie / Tambola etc. There were also stalls that were outsourced for medical kits, air purifiers, organic essentials, handmade cosmetics, silver and fashion jewellery, Indian and Western apparels, delectable snacks and ice creams etc. Various rides and inflatable cartoons of Doraemon and Minnie, and the various rides were the star attraction for younger kids and toddlers. It was the first time in the school’s history that a fete of this scale was organized. The response from the visitors was overwhelming. A part of the proceeds from the fee collected was directed towards charity.
