JGIS celebrated its 14^th Annual Day on 23^rd December, 2017. The function began with the welcome address and the lighting of lamp followed by the rendition of JG Anthem, introduction of the Chief Guest and the presentation of the Annual report. The highlight of the formal function was the felicitation of those young achievers who made the school proud by making a mark in academics, literary activities and sports in national and international levels. The theme of the cultural programme that followed the formal function was, ‘ The Mantra of life – Fish Philosophy  ’ an eloquent pageant  in the form of extraordinary dance, music and drama. It was a manifestation of four of its principles: (a) Be there (b) Make their day  (c) Play (d) Choose your attitude. The programme came to an end with a fashion show, which was a culmination of all the four principles of Fish Philosophy.
