Lit Fest (Class - IV) - 2025
Storytelling is the art of conveying ideas, emotions and experiences through narratives. This sentiment echoed throughout the 6th edition of the JGIS LIT FEST-2025, a vibrant celebration of literature and creativity hosted by JG International School. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Indira Nityanandam (Principal (Retd), Smt. S.R. Mehta Arts College, Ahmedabad and Director, Bharatiya Bhasha Sanskriti Sansthan, Gujarat Vidyapith), as the Chief Guest of the day.
On the inaugural day, Monday, 3rd February 2025, the students of Class IV brought the magic of storytelling to life with an enchanting drama inspired by "Thick as Thieves" by Ruskin Bond. Their expressive performances, boundless energy and youthful charm beautifully captured the essence of friendship, adventure and mischief. Parents of Class IV were invited to witness the program, making the occasion even more special. The skit not only celebrated the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young minds but also infused the performance with lighthearted humor and the timeless allure of Ruskin Bond’s writing, leaving the audience utterly mesmerized.
