JG International School commemorated the 77th Republic Day of India on 26th January, 2026, with a vibrant celebration reflecting patriotism and India’s rich cultural heritage.

The programme began with a welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Kavita Sharma, whose inspiring words set a dignified tone for the occasion. This was followed by the unfurling of the National Flag by Dr. M. P. Chandran, Chairman of the Asia Charitable Trust. Students from Classes V to XII, along with staff, parents and guests, stood in solemn pride as the National Anthem echoed across the campus.

The event continued with a melodious patriotic song that evoked feelings of gratitude and national pride. Enthralling dance performances by the students added colour and energy, captivating the audience.

In his address, Dr. M. P. Chandran emphasized unity, progress and collective effort as the pillars of a strong nation. The occasion was graced by the presence of Secretary ACT Mr. K. L. N. Sastry, Treasurer ACT Mr. Alex Lucose, President ASIA Mr. Harikrishna Pillai, trustees, members of the Managing Committee, principals of schools and colleges, distinguished guests, parents and staff.

The programme concluded on an inspiring note, reinforcing patriotism and a shared commitment to building a brighter future for the nation.
