As part of the Money Unit, the students of Class - II learned the value of hard-earned money by performing simple chores at home. They then used their savings to organise a Chaat Sale, gaining firsthand experience in earning, saving and responsible spending.
The school Auditorium resonated with calm and positivity as students of Classes X, XII, AS, and A Level gathered for the Blessing Ceremony on Wednesday, 21st January, 2026. The ceremony opened with a blessing song presented by the students, establishing a contemplative mood.
JG International School organized its Annual Open House and Activity Display titled “Expressions – An Arena of Creations and Innovations” on 24th January, 2026. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their creativity, innovation and co-curricular talents nurtured throughout the academic year.
JG International School (JGIS) proudly inaugurated the JG Cup 2026 – Under 15 Football Tournament marking the return of one of Gujarat’s most respected grassroots football events. First introduced in 2010 as Gujarat’s first floodlit school football tournament, the JG Cup returns as JG Cup 2.0, with continued support from the Ahmedabad District Football Association (ADFA).
JG International School commemorated the 77th Republic Day of India on 26th January, 2026, with a vibrant celebration reflecting patriotism and India’s rich cultural heritage.
The Senior KG students undertook an educational visit to Samruddh Dairy, Ahmedabad on 27th January, 2026 with the objective to understand the journey of milk from the first stage to the store shelves. The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to the various stages of milk production, including collection, testing, processing and packaging, all carried out in a hygienic and safe environment.
As part of the educational field trip under the theme Incredible India, students visited the Hutheesing Jain Temple and the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Memorial on 28th January, 2026. The visit to Hutheesing Jain Temple helped students admire India’s rich architectural heritage and intricate carvings. Students observed the calm and serene environment of the temple and learned the importance of respect, silence, and spiritual harmony.
The students of Nursery visited the Science City Aquatic Gallery on 29th January, 2026, as part of their theme based learning. The visit was planned to provide children with real-life exposure and experiential learning beyond the classroom environment.
