Lit Fest (Class- VII) - 2026

On 11th February, 2026, the third day of the JGIS Lit Fest came alive with a beautiful and evocative stage performance that brought timeless literary classics to life. The students of Class VII staged Tagore’s “Master Moshai,” showcasing the essence of true mentorship and O. Henry’s “The Gift of the Magi,” highlighting the power of selfless love and sacrifice.

The young performers delivered remarkable performances, infusing these iconic stories with vibrancy, emotion and creativity. Each poignant narrative, rich with meaningful lessons and reflections, deeply touched the hearts of the audience. The poetic brilliance of Tagore and the signature twists of O. Henry were skillfully woven into the enactments, showcasing the depth, beauty and enduring relevance of both authors’ works.

The audience expressed immense appreciation for the talent, effort and dedication displayed on stage. The presence of the day’s special guest, Ms. Sandhya Bhatia—content writer, instructional designer and certified yoga instructor—added an extra layer of inspiration to the celebration, further enhancing the significance of the occasion.
