On the fine morning of 01st July 2016, the deserving young talents of our school were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school with their commitment, confidence and competence. The investiture ceremony thus marked the inaugural of the senior student council for the academic session 2016-17.
The programme started by welcoming the guest of honor colonel Rahul Sharma, the Executive Director Mr. M P Chandran, Manger administration Mrs. Rekha Anil, Parent Relation Officer Mrs. Rema Nair. The importance of investiture ceremony and motto of each house was read out. This year we have new executive committee comprising of students of class 12. They will support and assist the students’ council in day to day affairs. With the vigorous beats of the drums the new council members marched in procession up the aisle. They stood upright with their heads held high and their hearts in humility. The Prefects, vice captains and captains of each house were conferred the badges by Colonel Rahul Sharma.                                 
The Executive Director Mr. M P Chandran conferred the badges to Sports Vice Captain, Sports Captain, Head Girl and Head Boy and the Executive members. The dedicated team of house mothers and its members were conferred with the Manager Admin Mrs.  Rekha Anil and Parent relation officer Mrs.Rema Nair respectively. The excellent teams of Co-ordinating committee too were conferred by the principal Mrs. Kavita Sharma. Once again the school Head Girl, Head boy, the Sports Captain and the Sports Vice Captain and the House Captains and House Vice Captains received the school flag, the sports flag, the house flags and House Logos respectively and took the oath.             
Our Executive Director, Mr. M P Chandran administered the oath of office and the members of the council pledge  to adhere to the values and principles upheld by School. Each House mother was called upon to receive the house flag respectively by the principal Mrs. Kavita Sharma. Our Executive Director Mr. M P Chandran declared the Inter House Competition Open for the year 2016-17. He blessed the newly appointed council members, motivated them to receive the responsibility, with a pledge to preserve the pride of school and serve the nation and the world at large.
The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
