A field trip was organized for Class II on 10th August, 2026 to the Children’s Traffic Park as part of their POI unit, “Communication.” The main objective of the visit was to familiarize students with different road signs and traffic rules through an engaging, hands-on experience.
During the visit, students learnt important road safety rules, including obeying traffic signals, wearing helmets and staying alert at road and railway crossings. They also identified various road signs and connected their observations to the concepts explored in their unit. The session concluded with a fun bicycle ride around the traffic park, which the students thoroughly enjoyed. The field trip provided an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience, helping students understand the importance of road safety, responsible behavior and effective communication through signs and symbols.
