Our Guidance and Counselling Cell (GCC), established on 9th August 2021, is a cornerstone of this vision. Led by UCLA-trained counsellors, the GCC provides a safe, supportive, and student-centred space for development and wellbeing.
Academic, Behavioural & Special Needs Counselling
Academic Counselling
Students receive ongoing support to make informed decisions about subject choices, curriculum pathways (IB, Cambridge, CISCE), and goal setting tailored to their strengths and aspirations.
Behavioural Counselling
Through one-on-one sessions, students develop emotional intelligence, respectful behaviour, empathy, conflict resolution skills, and positive relationships.
Support for Special Needs
With psychometric testing and personalized counselling, students with diverse learning needs are integrated into mainstream classrooms in an inclusive environment.
Life Skills Education
To build character and resilience, the GCC introduces a new life skill every month through workshops, activities, and reflective discussions.
