The Class V students visited Samruddh Dairy, Ahmedabad, on 22nd September 2026, as part of their experiential learning programme. The visit provided them with an insightful understanding of the journey of milk—from collection and testing to processing and packaging—while highlighting the importance of hygiene and quality control.
Students also witnessed to the process of making butter from milk cream and the preparation of ghee from butter, gaining valuable practical insights that complemented their classroom learning. It also enriched their vocabulary related to dairy products and processing techniques. The experience further enhanced their observation and listening skills while encouraging cleanliness, cooperation and disciplined group behaviour. The visit was an enriching and engaging learning experience, enabling students to connect classroom concepts with real-world practices.
